THE PLOT:
The Lutz family has found their dream home, but when the price of a house this big is this low, there is something wrong.
Bad wiring, termites, an evil red room contains evil spirits who don't want to leave and consider you intruders, that kind
of things.
Based on actual accounts, can they survive the spirits of the house and I'm not talking gin.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
There is plenty of frights to go around in this movie, it has a great cast and pretty good effects considering the date it
was made, but what really finds interesting is the fact it's based on the book written by the people who really lived it.
Some critics said they made the whole thing up just to sell books, but why go through all that trouble just for books? That's
my question. I feel that it is true, I am a believer that ghosts are real and this kind of thing can happen. Now, it's not
the fastest pace movie ever made, it does have a tendency to lag at points, but when it comes to real life stories it's explainable,
life isn't always fast pace. Still I give you a good grade, 8 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd, it is an interesting true story, but it is kind of slow. Slow but interesting. I give it 7 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ TRUE STORY (A unique true story.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ EFFECTS (The effects are pretty good for the time.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- SLOW PACED (It is a tad slow paced.)
...AND FINALLY...
- FAN BASED (If you aren't into ghost stories or don't believe it really happened, then this isn't the movie for you.)
